Ibrahim Moussa is NXN’s Digital Solutions Director. He currently leads the company’s different working teams, which includes the Pre-sales team, the Bid Management team and the Alliances team. His role also includes empowering the sales organization across the region with the needed groundwork to win new contracts or acquire new customers, developing the required strategy to achieve the ultimate goal of securing winning bids, and coordinating between existing partners whilst onboarding, and subsequently maintaining the relationship with new partners. Ibrahim has over 25 years of experience in business support solutions and has worked in various capacities for several telecom operators, consultancy firms, systems integrators, and software providers. He has a proven track record in both technical and managerial roles, mainly in the capacity of Business Development/Presales, ICT Digital Transformation, Product Management, R&D Management, Project Management, and Customer Care & Billing Operation Consultancy.

Ibrahim has previously worked as the Consulting Director of Middle East Solution Sales in the BSS Domain for Huawei Technologies Co. Ltd., repeatedly leading and winning multi-million-dollar deals. In fact, he was awarded the Huawei Future Star Award in 2016 in recognition of his outstanding achievements and contributions to the company. Prior to his stint with Huawei, Ibrahim also worked as the Senior Manager of the Product Management Group at ITS Group; as the Product Manager and Senior Billing Consultant at Noha Systems in the UK; as a Billing Manager at Libancell (now MTC Touch); and as a Senior System Analyst at Allied Communications & Development in Lebanon. Ibrahim holds a bachelor’s degree in Computer Science from the American University of Beirut
