Operate Model

Digital services built on the DNX platform (owned by NXN).
Operations and maintenance fully managed by NXN, but under SLAs with the customer.
Implementation typically done by a Master System Integrator (MSI) under NXN.

Build operate transfer model (BOT)

Digital services built by NXN and after an agreed transition period, operations and maintenance transferred to the customer.
NXN fully responsible for operations during a time limited concession period.

Commercial agreement / opex based model

Customer leases required systems and digital services from NXN to avoid heavy CAPEX investment.
Ownership transferred to customer after an agreed period.
NXN receives set-up fee and monthly / quarterly lease amount agreed with customer.
